VTG Original National Airlines Identification Card Badge Airline of the Stars

Rare Vintage Original National Airlines Identification Card/Badge and a Run Up and Taxi Authorization Card
The ID Card/Badge measures 1 3/4" x 2 5/8".
The Run Up and Taxi Authorization Card measures 2 1/2" x 4 when folded and 4" x 5" unfolded.
These are in vintage condition with discoloration/marks, creasing, and other wear.  The photo on the ID card is faded.
