Claret sauce is a slightly thickened sweet wine traditionally served over Spumoni or ice cream. Spumoni with Clarett sauce was a favorite dessert
Bottle has a screw lid which is very tight on the bottle and I did not try to force it off
Bottle is slightly less than 1/2 full of the sauce
