Cartridge Installation Note:
Apply lube oil to seals & torque up to 53ft.lbs (70Nm). Don’t over torque. Pressure should be set according to the OEM’s specifications. Exceeding the specifications could cause a failure in the hydraulic system or with the mechanical structure of the equipment. These failures could cause serious personal injury or death.

Returns:
Returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components/accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.
Damaged items:
If item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us right away. You will be required to provide pictures for insure claims. The following pictures will be required:

Close up of shipping label,
All packing material (bubble wrap, foam, paper, cardboard, etc)
These pictures are required for us to submit insurance claims with the shipping companies. If you cannot provide ALL of these pictures, you will not be issued a refund.
