- Items will come as shown as shown in these photos and are not cleaned/polished unless other wise specified.
- We can polish / resize some items if you wish, please message us for an estimate before paying. It will take additional days to ship and is non-returnable & non-refundable.
- Items do not come with props or tools used in the photoshoot like paperclips, fake hand, neck display, etc. Neck display is approx 9" tall.
- Most items do NOT come with accessories such as original box, paperwork/certificates, store tags, extra links etc. UNLESS there is a photo of it. If it is not photographed, the item does not have them.
- Most of our human models are women size 5-6" wrist. It will be stated.

- Unpaid item cases open automatically, please pay asap. We cannot combine shipment for auctions that end on different days, please do not wait.

Shipping:
- Please message us and wait to pay for a combined shipment invoice. Only for auctions ending on the same day, and not for international. Combined items are additional $ per item depending on which shipping speed. Please wait to pay for combined, we do not refund shipment once paid. Our shipping department will use the fastest method your payment will allow, and so we cannot refund shipping once paid.
