An original Civil War pamphlet or paper. I think this was once in a book or ledger and then removed. It has a 1865 year. It has messages from Abraham Lincoln and William Seward. In one area it mentions, the rebel Jefferson Davis.
The paper has wear and stain marks, there are tears and pieces missing.
