Here is our favorite cycling computer: the Cateye Padron. We like this one because the screen is large and modern looking with a sleek profile. The appeal of this computer is its ease of use. There is one button! No more fumbling around with pressing buttons while you ride. This model will track your current speed, total distance, trip distance, elapsed time, average speed, and maximum speed. This model contains a clock and has an auto power saving mode to save your batteries and also an auto mode. This model is wireless and is easy to set up. It takes the common battery CR2032 (one in the computer and one in the sensor). The batteries appear to be strong and function correctly, but we would suggest being prepared with a few spare batteries if you are planning a long trip.
