It is approximately 2 1/8" long not including bale, and 1 3/4" wide
The back of the cameo is fitted with both a pin back to be worn as a brooch and a bale so it can also be worn as a pendant.
The total weight of the cameo is 8.1 DWT or 12.6 grams.
