    Description

    This is a lot of two Bruce Catton paperback books concerning the Civil War. They are both in excellent condition. The books are:
    Never Call Retreat - This is a Pocket Cardinal edition first printing from June, 1967. This book traces the Civil War from Fredericksburg to Appomattox and the end of the Confederacy. There are multiple maps in the center of the book covering various battlefields. The cover has some age yellowing and there is a small nick on the edge of the first page as shown in the photos above.
    Reflections On The Civil War - This is the Berkley Edition from November 1982. This book was edited from the tapes he had left following his death and is considered his last book and greatest work. I don't think this book was ever read and it is in like new condition.
