    DESCRIPTION:
    14k stamped/marked yellow gold cameo that was also stamped "Italy" and with the makers  hallmarks. On the back of the cameo it is signed M&M Scognamiglio. This hand carved genuine cornelian cameo is surrounded by genuine garnet gemstone beads. This cameo has a pin for wearing as a brooch-only. This cameo measures 1-5/8" x 1-3/8" and weighs 9.5 grams.
