Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  These valves are in excellent condition with possibly a few very minor scuffs and scratches from installation and removal, but nothing major or anything that would affect function.  The c-seals are still in great condition with some very light rings.
Notes:
These valves were pulled from a working assembly that was being decommissioned, but were not tested separately after removal. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
